Network Marketing: Companies like; Amway, ACN/Trump, 2x2.net, Herbalife, Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing (FHTM), Zeek Rewards, FES, 5Linx, Total Life Changes, Mary Kay, Drop Shipping, etc., have GOOD, BAD and UGLY traits. Network Marketing is a marketing strategy in which the sales force is compensated not only for sales they personally generate, but also for the sales of the other salespeople that they recruit. This recruited sales force is referred to as the participant's "downline". The prices for the products are usually higher than competitive products in the market. RECRUITING IS REQUIRED.

Def: a dishonest scheme a fraud.

There are 5 RED FLAGS to assist you with identifying if a company is a Network Marketing company. FACEBOOK DOES NOT ALLOW DECEPTIVE ads from Network Marketing companies. CONSTANT CONTACT DOES NOT ALLOW the Network Marketing companies to use their email tool.

Here are the 5 RED FLAGS as per the research of Dr. Jon Taylor:

#1: Endless chain of recruitment - BAM doesn't recruit we sell Ads.

#2: Advancement by recruitment - BAM has a 3-Way referral model and no recruitment.

#3: “Pay to play” purchases - BAM doesn't have a PV or product purchase requirement.

#4: “The upline gets most of the rewards - BAM has no uplines.

#5: Five or more levels in the pay plan. -Ex., National manager, Regional managers, District managers, Local sales manager - BAM has a 3-Way referral program.

If all 5 RED FLAGS are present, we recommend that you steer clear because the association with a Network Marketing company will negatively affect your PERSONAL CREDIBILITY.

BAM does not have any of the 5 RED FLAGS! BAM uses our patentable COLLABORATIVE 3-Tiered REVENUE SHARING model called the BAMcircle.net™.

Many companies use the Network Marketing model because of the self-consumption requirements.  Also, many of the companies select this model because they don't know of another revenue sharing model.

Referral Programs: The oldest form of promoting Products & Services is through, WORD-OF-MOUTH.  When you think about it, most of us REFER friends, family and acquaintances to all kinds of Products and Services all the time.  A few examples: Movies, Restaurants, etc.  The internet has made it easy to track REFERRALS hence; everyone can participate without being a great salesperson.  Most are frequently a PAID CUSTOMER to participate in most REFERRAL programs. It is easy to GET PAID for all REFERRALS! THERE IS NO RECRUITING REQUIRED.

Direct Selling: A retail channel for the distribution of goods and services. At a basic level it may be defined as marketing and selling products, direct to consumers away from a fixed retail location. Sales are typically made through party plans, one to one demonstrations, and other personal contact arrangements. A text book definition is: "The direct personal presentation, demonstration, and sale of products and services to consumers, usually in their homes or at their jobs. THERE IS NO RECRUITING REQUIRED.

Affiliate Programs: The internet has made it easy to track where a SELL has come from hence, the introduction of internet Affiliate programs.  Amazon.com is one of the earliest companies that have been known to offer a percentage of a SELL to any affiliate that sends someone to the Amazon.com website to make a purchase. Most AFFILIATE programs are FREE to participate in. THERE IS NO RECRUITING REQUIRED.

PASSIVE INCOME is money earned from an enterprise like BAM.eco with little or no ongoing effort involved, but most likely, the upfront investment of a passive income stream took time and money.

RESIDUAL INCOME is not exactly a type of INCOME but a calculation determining how much discretionary money an individual or entity can spend after paying their bills and meeting their financial obligations.

Now do you OVERSTAND why you did not get an INCOME from the last Network Marketing company that promised you RESIDUAL INCOME?
